For Favre and family to book 20-30 rooms for the Vik/Pack game (so they can watch MN beat GB) they have to feel the deal is an honest possibility. Very interesting. I’m getting a little excited about it myself now.

just heard an alert from sportscenter... Apparently now Brett Farve will definitely be in a vikes uniform next season.. LOL.. I really did just hear that. They said "definitely".. I'm willing to bet it's not the last thing I hear on the matter.

Anyone watch Favre last night? I heard: If the Dr. says his arm is good, he's playing; and if he's playing, he's playing in MN. "It makes perfect sense" is the way he put it. There is no deadline set by Childress, but a Vikings trainer has been in Miss to work on "stretches". He expects to have an official decision (announcement?) in a few weeks. Holy buckets.

I would bet some money that farve (thats how it should be spelled) will be in Mankato. Otherwise what chance at play-offs do we have??

I think it will definitely make the season more interesting if Favre goes to the Vikes, seeing as he was a Packer for so long, and performed well at the beginning of last year with the Jets.
As a Packers fan, I was at first a little shocked by the whole ordeal last year, but I've come to accept that Aaron Rodgers is a very skilled player and is the future of the team (although I wish he had that perfect long pass that Favre seems to have when he's in the groove).
It'll be cool to see the legend play another year, even if he is a Viking. We all know they could use a skilled and experienced QB if they want to make anything happen this season.
