very good point jiggjim but i heard we got a young guy that is very fast and can catch,but the problem is if he can keep his nose clean

I think we should stay with the same game plan as last year, run first then pass. then favre wont get to tired out and Adrian peterson can still run "all day" over the opponents!!!

I don't see that happening. Things would really need to go down hill in a big way for that to happen.
The commishioner has said he has no intention of breaking up the black and blue division. If the vikings moved and left the division they would be breaking up some of the best rivalries in the NFL.
Football in LA has been attempted more then once before, I'm not sure why they want to keep forcing it in there. I understand its a huge market but it has never worked in the past, I'm not sure why they think it would work now.

It sounds like the surgery is no big deal. I'm liking the sounds of this more and more.
I'm predicting back to back Super Bowl titles with Favre running the show!...

yeah it sounds like they just need to go in and finish tearing the tendon that is currently parially torn. Then the recovery would be relatively quick. Maybe not quick enough for mini camps but he'd be there for training camp.

According to Yahoo Favre is staying retired.
It is reporting that Favre and Childress spoke on the phone yesterday and he said he is staying retired. Childress then canceled his scheduled trip to Mississippi.
Thats the latest at least but I'm sure it won't be the final word we hear on it.
