Yup,every year my boys and I have gone to Canada. This year we spend %days at Crane lake before the oldest has to to back over seas to the big sandpit again(4th Tour). Then the youngest son and I will have 4days in Ear Falls,CN. then move down to Perrault Falls and Cliff Lake for my 4days of intense fishing(54 in.limit).This will be 30yrs. for my trips.Good Luck on the Big Water.

Hey BobMusky,I used to work at Voyagers lodge for Bill & Deanna Congdon..the Vermillion gorge is a great place for eyes.I've gotten them in the Prince Williams narrows ,around the island out in the middle of Crane and on the other side of the island around that point that comes towards the island.Over in Namikan ,pigs island gives up a few,Old dutch bay were it goes into Kabetogama. There are some little falls on the south side of Namikan that is a great producer. The back current in Kab also is awesome over there by Moxey island.Have fun and give the Voyager's courtesy scarab a wave as she passes.

Bobmusky,

Wish your son Godspeed from me OK? I too spent 18 months straight in Iraq. It's great you'll get to spend some quality time before he ships out again.

As for me I talked my Dad into the trip this year. This will be our first ever trip like this. I just hope I can guide him to a 40+" Pike.

Bobmusky ,I could go to the DRN lake finder, print ,mark and scan them for an email to send you. How does that sit with you?

Bobmusky,

I was in Army Aviation working on Chinooks (hence my moniker). I got out after 8 years becuase my family life and professional life started to take off. Besides that, the Army isn't as good to work for as the Air Force.
