I love this post. I just spent like a half hour reading all the posts. I am a contributor to FM but just in the information area. I always wondered why they delete posts but I never knew it happened so often. It is good to see names that I know from the past....I will contribute to this site as I have been looking for different sites out there and I like this one........Thanks for creating this site WEBDUDE!!!
If we let it die the new users here wont know the truth about that site. And how laid back we are about postting things that make you mad or selling something, or complaning about so and so and such and such.
I think it's a good thing Dude lets us b-tch here and argue about things that p-ss us off.
So post away about the crap that gets to you about other sites, we don't care. And some of it's pretty funny.
Gets to be pretty over done as well. Everyone knows the other site has alot of faults. I would like to think that we are above ax grinding. More fishing less complaining will add 10 years on to your life.
I'm with Scumfrog,we will always have limits or rules imposed by others so acknowledge the fact and move on. By the time it would have taken me to read some 200 comments of this thread I could have gone to my 4 wheeler, drove down to the Willow and snagged my limit of eyes. There are other issues way more important, like teaching all of the people that come up here to enjoy nature and take home their garbage.Over the weekend I picked a hefty-bag 3/4 full of trash from the trails.Pisses me off to no end. What about taking a kid fishing, elderly maybe. I'm done you get my point.

Even eminent chartered accountants are known, in their capacity as fishermen, blissfully to ignore differences between seven and ten inches, half a pound and two pounds, three fish and a dozen fish. ~ William Sherwood Fox, Silken Lines and Silver Hooks, 1954
