Thanks Webdude,

FYI - I did all my fishing across from Craguns. It's pretty hot over there with the bass right now.

Remember that the bass season isn't open until 5/23. Best to leave them alone until then.

It doesn't matter. You can't legally target a fish out of season.

Targeting bass is 100% illegal right now regardless if you release the fish.

Hate to burst yur bubble but I want to make sure you don't get suprised by a fine if a CO pays you a visit.

"• You may not intentionally fish for any species during its closed season." Page 9 of the 2009 Regulations booklet.

By all means go after those toothy critters. I just wanted to make sure BassMan was aware so he didn't get fined. That woudl ruin a good day of fishing real quick.

What kind of size have you been pulling in Iceman?

2008 champ - You said it I was thinking it about the bass season.
No big deal. When the bass start hitting on Gull they hit what ever you throw or drag. I have had a few days when the bass took every redtail$$$$ I had. Not good when you are fishing for eye's.
I think I will be on Gull Saturday hoping the bass are full and the eye's are hungry!!
