Actually, I am trying to figure out something to entice the guests to sign up, or to get the current users to get guests to sign up. Offer a day of fishing on some lake with me or something like that. I could comfortably take a couple of people out in my boat, supply rods, tackle and bait, maybe lunch. Don't know... just something I have been entertaining. I really don't do guiding but I fish quite a bit during the summer. Don't have t-shirts or anything since the site is non-profit so I have nothing I am selling that I could give away. Like I have stated in the past, there are advantages and disadvantages to running a non-profit. It makes it hard to offer anything to users, sponsor stuff like tournies, buy business cards, or any of the other commercial stuff sites get into.

mmmmm... thinking about something, not sure what yet. Any ideas would be welcome ;-)

Congrats. . . you talked me into registering.

Now I have a favor to ask. . . I am coming up to visit family next week. I live in the Ft. Lauderdale area now but grew up in Michigan and have not been ice fishing in 20 years, my stepson has never been so this wil be his first time. We are trying to get out on the ice in the E/NE St. Paul area. My bro-in-law has suggested Bald Eagle, Peltier, etc. as some possibilities. Does anyone have any reports from either of those lakes or any lakes in that area? If so it would be much appreciated, if not then thanks anyway and good luck out there, I have been watching the weather and now that the ice is safe I hope y'all get out there a few times before spring. Thanks and tight lines.

PS I will post our results. Thanks again.
