We have been going to MN for several years and fish Lake Jessie, a small lake north of Grand Rapids. It is getting extremely low the last couple of trips and we have trouble getting boats in and out. My question is what are some small lakes in southern MN where we could rent a cabin in early June and catch a few fish? wife and in-laws are happy with panfish and I don't mind eating them at all. does anyone have any suggestions??
Thanks in advance

I wouldnt waste my time on orebegon! I fish it during the summer from shore chasing rainbows and have done very good in the past but I sure wouldnt vacation there for fishing reasons. There are some nice walleyes, northerns and many other species of fish but they are hard to find and not many people chase them.
