Know the feeling man. It is called muskie hunting for a reason. If you have the muskie itch there is a story Webdude was kind enough to print under the "Minnesota Fishing Tales" section on the website. Story is titled "Muskies- There Ain't No Such Thing". Give it a read and if you have the bug then it will keep you in stitches. True story of the first 3 muskies I hooked---was clueless as to what would happen and how it would affect me. Even now, years later, after all the muskies I have caught, I still get weak knees and wobbly legs when I see a big wave push up behind the bait and a 30 plus pounder come in with her nose 1 inch behind the bait with teeth chomping! No addrenalin rush to match it. That's good stuff--keeps you young and coming back. It's weird---go hours with nothing and then BANG 2 or 3 big girls show up on an hour feeding window. More adrenaline rush than consuming a gallon of Hagen Daz with a half dozen triple chocolate latte cappacinos as chasers! Good luck to you---hope you stick a real sow before all the water turns stiff.

Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~ Chuck Clark
