In January I was catching walleyes near shore off a sharp drop in 26 feet of water. Lately this area hasn't been producing and I am wondering if the fish have moved into deeper water as the winter progressed. The area I was fishing dropped quickly to 26 feet but beyond that the decline moderates out to 30+ feet. Should I be moving over the deeper water. Appreciate all comments.
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~ Chuck Clark
