Hi all. Headed up to Andrusia (Cass Lake Chain) in a couple of weeks. Any ideas where the eyes might be hanging out by then (and what they'll be feasting on)? I know everything's late. Some reports say the males caught are still spouting out some white stuff, and not much greenery in the water yet. River mouths in the evening seem to be producing. Any other ideas?
Pete, sorry for the late reply - crazy summer. No, I last flew (at the controls) in July '89 finishing up a year remote in Saudi. Missed all the Dessert stuff but had my fill in Viet Nam, thank you very much.

Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~ Chuck Clark
