What does "(including tributaries to posted boundaries)" mean on the the Mille Lacs web page?

I'm going up to Big Pine Lake in June for a family vacation, and I'm trying to figure out if that's part of a "tributary to a posted boundary".

I'm especially interested in night fishing, after the kids are all in bed and Mille Lacs & the mentioned tributaries are closed to night fishing until June 10th.
