Gull was tough early but ended pretty well for us. Most of the day on Saturday was spent trying to keep the pike off the lines. Around dark, things started picking up for us using lindys and shiners/fatheads/leeches. Caught a total of 12 'eyes and kept 4 around 16". Pulled most of them out of 15' to 20'. Sunday we tried some more, but it was tough. Caught a boatload of northerns, though. It kept us interested but we only picked up one 'eye that day.
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~ Chuck Clark
