I was out about a mile north of Morris Point Road on Saturday and punched a bunch of holes in over 30 feet and caught a bunch of whitefish and an ocassional 'eye. Caught a 25" then moved to west over a mile to around 35 feet about 1.75 miles east of Long Point and caught a bunch of saugers and a couple of nice 'eyes into Sunday and Monday. Used mostly raps and jigs when the fishing was a bit slow and after that it didn't matter what you threw at 'em... the bite was on. On Sunday we caught a bunch in the slot from 20 to 24 and limited out for 4 of us.
Hope this helps!

Even eminent chartered accountants are known, in their capacity as fishermen, blissfully to ignore differences between seven and ten inches, half a pound and two pounds, three fish and a dozen fish. ~ William Sherwood Fox, Silken Lines and Silver Hooks, 1954
