Well folks... I decided to step outside of the box a bit and dragged my boat out to the Chisago Lakes area to see what was happening. We did manage to catch some crappies, perch and an ocassional bass. Nothing of any size, though. It was nice getting out on Chisago, especially since I had never tried fishing it before. Could of stayed out longer, but we got scared off with the thunderheads that moved in, even though they missed the lake completely.
People who fish for food, and sport be damned, are called pot-fishermen. The more expert ones are called crack pot-fishermen. All other fishermen are called crackpot fishermen. This is confusing. ~ Ed Zern, 1947
