Long story short... The DNR's ranks are filled with some sad characters to whom fraud and abuse are acceptable and I hope those people get caught and fired. I hope anyone who is found to have taken part in any fraud is fired and none are allowed back into the organization in the future. Paid interns who were just following orders and all other employees and management who knowingly allowed fraudulent actions should be permanently blacklisted from public sector work and made examples of. The people funding the DNR deserve that the organization is run with integrity and honesty.
