So I have a "vintage" power auger made by Eskimo. It was my dads and still runs pretty dang good. It is from the late 70's best I can tell, and does about 1 time per trip, give me some hard start. It has been suggested that using premium fuel my help. Any thoughts on what type of fuel is best, and for what reasons. I would think by the late 70's stuff should run well on the standard gas of today, but I could be wrong.
