Nice perch off of Sand Point and some eyes being caught off of Pine and Goose. Northerns are biting in Steamboat. May want to try Grandview Flats too, for 'eyes. Water temp is dropping and the fish are starting to get active. 8 to 10 fow.
We went out on the narrows and did very well. A couple of walleyes, but the perch were the real prize for the night. There was a lot of people out there, so it's no secret. We had a great time. We will be eatin good for awhile!!!!.
Even eminent chartered accountants are known, in their capacity as fishermen, blissfully to ignore differences between seven and ten inches, half a pound and two pounds, three fish and a dozen fish. ~ William Sherwood Fox, Silken Lines and Silver Hooks, 1954
