this may not be an actual emergency but I may need info quick before it's to late.

Situation- indoor outdoor carpet adhesive on boat carpet during installation... mad smiley mad smiley mad smiley

remedy?-- Do I need to clean this before it dries? I tried water and soap and water but neither did the trick. In fact, I think it hurt the situation.... It will probably dry up pretty quick so any info is appreciated.

Thanks

When I did mine, I thought I didn't get any on the carpet. Found out later that there were a couple spots. It was dry at the time and I just picked away at it. It came off fairly simple. Good luck!

well... i got it cleaned to the point that it isn't visible but it is still tacky. three days and the stuff still hasn't cured all the way. I'm hoping if i keep it clean til its dry then i won't have any problems.

thanks for the help. I was in panic mode thinking I wrecked brand new carpet. blush smiley
