As fat as those things are I bet that one made 35 easy.

Details please. Where, when and how? I have never caught one but I know a few people who swear by them in terms of a good fight.

this was just my dads friend, jason. he speared it on a small lake by his house in savage,mn. i dont even know if it is 35lbs, but i am just going with what he told me, and by the way he is about 5ft 6in.

Love to play with those big Carp. I remember hooking onto so many of them at the damn in Anoka. You could always go there on a slow day.
One of my buddies called them underwater tractors.
