If you are talking Spider Lake up by Grand Rapids, I was up there at the beginning of July. I heard the muskies were biting and a few landed some nice ones. A bunch of small northerns is what we got. Bassin' is pretty good up there, you could try for that. Besides that, I haven't heard anything else on Spider.

Hey I did pretty well at spider lake alot of action but not on the walleye side of things. The only time I caught some walleyes was trolling rapalas by the shorelines at night. I cant stay there anymore because the resort is sold now and I there arnt anymore resorts on the lake.

If you don't get any action on Spider Lake, try Lake Wabana! I believe it's about 20 minutes south of Spider Lake, I forget the road that it's on, but you could probably google it or something.

Check out the 4lb bass my buddy caught last October.
