Anyone have recent success on Pleasant? My go-to spots are along the South-West breaklines, from shallow weeds out to around 12 ft. I've had Bass success there, and I've seen Northerns taken there. I'd like advice from someone who's had recent Walleye success, or who has other spots on the lake they've done well at.

Thanks!

What have you tried so far on that side for walleyes? What depths? Have you tried going faster?

I haven't fished Walleyes too much on Pleasant - that's why I'm needing the advice! I've mostly fished Bass in that South West corner, and while doing so, I've had others in the boat take Northerns.

I did try for Eyes last year on some structure on the North side, kinda out from the landing and toward the public beach. If I remember right, it was roughly this time of year, and I tried crawlers and leeches with a perch-colored spinner. We tried different depths and speeds all over that structure and got a snake or two, and that's it.

I hear from some fellas I know that there are good Walleyes in pleasant. I'd like to give then a try instead of just going for the sure bet with Bass.

Any help would be appreciated!

For those who may be protective of any particular body of water (which I TOTALLY understand), I fish catch-and-release. I'm totally in it for the tight line and the rod-bend.

That lake gets stocked, though you usually catch small ones. Lots of sunnies... I mean lots of sunnies. Might want to stick to the pannies or go bass fishing there. Good population of bucketmouths.

Yup, small fish is right. Half-dozen snakes under 20" and half dozen LM Bass under 14". Some good tight lines, but the quality wasn't there.
