so im from nebraska and im getting tired of catching the usaul catfish and bass. i just made a last second decision to come up to my moms. she lives in waseca and there are a few lakes around there.
she has a boat but is going to be at the hospital most the time so im going to be doing alot of shore fishing.
i really really want to catch a northern or just something different from gills, cats, lmb, and crappie.
if anyone has some good shore spots let me know what lake and where. i know the summer kinda sucks esp in shallow water in Minnesota, when its this hot but ya. i know a lot of people keep their spots secret but im only going to be there a few days i wont catch all your fish . or just any tips of lakes or something close to waseca, fairbault, mankato area.
and if anyone is coming to nebraska to fish i could share some secrets with them.
pm me too if ya want.

Even eminent chartered accountants are known, in their capacity as fishermen, blissfully to ignore differences between seven and ten inches, half a pound and two pounds, three fish and a dozen fish. ~ William Sherwood Fox, Silken Lines and Silver Hooks, 1954
