Hiya everybody!!!

Greetings from Pennsylvania! The bite is on here in PA for musky, bass, eyes and crappie. I will be heading out to the Buffalo area and Monitcello come middle of July. I have been starting to do some research on fishing the many lakes around there...but it seems like there are SOOOOO many places. Its ridiculous...i might have to move there depending on how good the fishing could be. From what it looks like, I would have my best bet targeting Pike and Walleye it seems. Anyone throw me a bone that lives in or around Wright County.
Thanks and tight lines!

welcome tommy, clearwater lake is very well know for its walleyes,we got a few on opener this year, but its only got to get better,i would try lindy rigs with floater, the lake has very straight up and down ledges so jigging works good also good luck

Thanks for the bone Isaacons. I will look inot that. I have een spending most of my time reading up on the DNR site about Minnesota rules and regulations. Coming from a guy that has non-resident fishing licenses in other state, you tend to get noticed/checked out more than a resident license holder. I am a fair angle though with all good intentions. Well...i can't sit here, its 70* and rising with blue skys...my boat is calling me :>)

Tight lines all

Generally if you are on a lake no one will know you are a nonresident. If a CO is on a lake checking people he'll likely check everyone.

Just make sure you are up to speed on the regs and you're golden. The basics are pretty straight forward. Only use one pole per person and don't keep more then your limit.

Hope you enjoy the trip.
