Well... I probably waited too long to ask. But I'll ask anyhow.

Whats the method for opener, what's your strategy?

I'm starting by hitting the normal spots near the feeder streams with some slip bobbers. sometimes they school up and it becomes easy pickins. If that isn't planing maybe I'll throw some slow crankbaits, jigs and swimmmers around the gravel flats and rock points.

Any info from further north on what the walleyes are up too?

Logan, don't be afraid to throw some No5 shadraps around those inlets at night especially if that moon is shining bright.midnight till about 4am seems to work best.Don't be afraid to go up and down the shoreline 100yds.or so.If its a large shallow flat fish around the break into deep water by those inlets also.If the wind is blowing in this helps. If the water is real stained stay in bed.GOOD LUCK! wink smiley
