I fish this lake regularly and that camp is crappie walleye spot, been a slow year but i hear that a lot this year, anyway the best time has been 4pm to 6 or so, only catch a handfull 3-4 tops in that span, jigs or set line , shiners for walleye.
just remember the 9" limit on green. My buddies fish wouldn't swim down the hole. It was hooked in the lip and the hook pulled out smooth but this fish had no will to survive. After about an hour of it just floating around and plenty of attempts to revive it, he tossed it in the bucket. DNR was at the boat launch and he checked all of our 20 fish. The one that we couldn't revive was 8 3/4 inches and it cost my bud $130.00... I guess if that happens you are supposed to throw the fish away or bury it in the snow.

Even eminent chartered accountants are known, in their capacity as fishermen, blissfully to ignore differences between seven and ten inches, half a pound and two pounds, three fish and a dozen fish. ~ William Sherwood Fox, Silken Lines and Silver Hooks, 1954
