when i was up there we found some at Reeds in Walker MN, plus when we were up at the Sportsman's lodge we stopped at a gas station just down the road... i can't think of the bait shop/gas station.
we had luck with the "pink" colored ones. they are like a long octagon with a treble hook on the end. can either jig them or have them as a set line. both worked for us. they also do have the glow in the dark feature.
C'mon guys Save your money and put it into a Red and glow Gem-n-Eye! Twice the jig for LOW! Better yet just watch the weather. Stable weather catches fish on LOW. Dont forget a glow hook and a split shot. Pound for pound has also caught more fish on LOW.
Even eminent chartered accountants are known, in their capacity as fishermen, blissfully to ignore differences between seven and ten inches, half a pound and two pounds, three fish and a dozen fish. ~ William Sherwood Fox, Silken Lines and Silver Hooks, 1954
