Yes I am already a week late with this one but my buddy and three of our kids headed up to LOW on the drop of a hat to catch some walleyes. We fished Friday and Saturday out of Long Point. We settled to the West the first day in 28 FOW and the second day we went East and settled in 26 FOW. Our best producing lure was a glow and red Gem-n-Eye. I also did well on a gold jigging rap with a minnow head. We kept 11 the first day and 26 the second. We enjoyed a fish fry while we were up in the north country also. Enjoy the Pics!
If you've got short, stubby fingers and wear reading glasses, any relaxation you would normally derive from fly fishing is completely eliminated when you try to tie on a fly. ~ Jack Ohman, Fear of Fly Fishing, 1988
