I don't know about you but seems for me the summer shot by really fast. I was able to get out and fish a lot with the grandkids and that was a lot of fun. I take them seperate makes a good one on one. Take lots of pics of them holding fish. They love it and so do I. Looking forward to ice fishing now. Would like to get out a couple more times in the boat but I am a fair weather fisherman. Don't like the wind or rain OR to be honest not fond of fishing from the boat in real cold weather. YUK. Ice fishing I love, am dressed for it and have a very warm portable shanty and a quad to get me where I am headed. Hope everyone has as good a summer as I did. Skeeter

I am in the process of finishing school and to tell you the truth, I cannot wait for the ice this year and summer next year. I plan on being a fishing fool! I typically have to write 2 to 3 research papers a week and do presentations... YUCK! Makes for very little free time. Been going for the past 5 years and will be done on October 31. This is going to give me and my boy a lot more opportunity to head out on the water/ice and see what we can do. It's been a long time coming, but after all the crap I went through, I feel I deserve a year fo great fishing!

Oh... and by the way... expect to see a lot more fishing reports from me on the forum here. What lake? You name it and I'll be on it!

cool smiley

You are all welcome... in fact, it was my pleasure! Look for some changes when I get a bit more time, not only on the site, but maybe some ways of promoting the site, too. Not sure what, yet... but after all the stuff with school is over, there is going to be a hole (time) that is going to need to be filled.
