My son and I hit Chisago Lake last night after dinner. Trolled around South Linstrom for a while...fed a bunch of leaches to sunnies and crappie. As the sun got low, we were fishing Chisago with topwaters and shallow diving plugs...around 8:30 the bass came out to play! Several lures were struck just as they hit the water from being cast. Lost count around a dozen with the largest around 15 inches...all released. They were still biting when we left around 9:45.
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~ Chuck Clark
