good requirement.. who needs friends who don't fish (no.. i"m not 100% serious smile smiley BUT ya gotta have good friends who fish and watch Red Green religiously.. (10/10:30 pm every Saturday night up north).

I agree with Big Bite concerning the fishing requirement of a "pal" and with Sportsnut218 concerning the Red Green criteria. I'm not exactly sure what the original post by David for this thread means, nor am I sure "orientation" is a Minnesota fishing subject. But, in the words of the gray bearded and flannel clothed Red Green, "If my wife is watching I'll be coming home STRAIGHT after the meeting". Good fishing to all who are out on the water this weekend. Hope it's a safe and successful time!

PS
This is Memorial Day Weekend. At some point while out enjoying the wonderful beauty and natural resources we have why not stop and take a few minutes to reflect on the service men and women who have died in defense of this land we love. If you are a parent maybe you could take a little break in the day with your kids and explain to them what some folks have paid for them to enjoy the freedom of life they have. Those on this forum love fishing. I for one am thankful we live in a land where we can fish with our family for fun and not to just barely survive in the face of civil war, lot's of folks in lot's of places do. Safety and good fishing to all!
