We didn't do too bad. Got out on the lake at 3:00pm and setup the house. Had the crappie minnows at 42'in 45' of water. At about 5:30 we had caught two 1/2 pounders. Then I remembered the reports around the area said that sunnies and crappies were hitting at the 15' to 20' range. Then we started hitting the 3/4 to 1' every few minutes. We were there for 6 hours and the father inlaw got tired so we packed it in. Total catch, ten Crappies. Not bad for a short night.
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~ Chuck Clark
