Its not too early to get your canvas repairs done for spring fishing. If you have been putting off repairs to your boat cover or other canvas products, now is the time to get it done. It's only the middle of January and I'm already extending project times to two weeks. So if you can, get your new stuff ordered and your old stuff repaired now. Every year in the spring I am questioned as to why it takes so long to get even a little repair done. It seems that everyone picks the same months to bring in repairs or order a cover. March, April and may are always the busiest times of the year. During these months lead times can be as long as 4 weeks, 6 to 8 weeks for a large project. So if you want it ready for the opener get ahold of your canvas shop soon.

If you have any questions about canvas stuff, contact me and I will be glad to help.

Is it really needed to get canvas fixed every spring ?

I do regular maintenance myself being an engineer, so I never faced such a problem. Can you tell me what all the repairs that are needed, hopefully I can give some suggestions to ease up your work.
