Well, I tried my luck on the pond thiss past Sunday and was rather disappointed. I was out by Chapman's around the plowed road. Caught a few perch, in fact, most of the day was perch. Some of them weren't bad size either. We did catch 2 small pike too, towards the end of the day. As for walleyes... it's pretty slow. We caught one all day at 17". We used primarliy fatheads and a few various jigs. Fished anywhere from 8 to 16 feet. I takled to a couple of other guys out there and they said the flats were producing some 'eyes, but I didn't personally see any except for the one we caught. Took home some of the perch and fried them up. Well... better then a stick in the eye, I guess
