I have had a passion for fishing since my Dad started taking me ice fishing when I was a little boy. I bought my first boat in 1970. My first piece of electronics was the Lowrance Green Box. Since that time I have been fascinated with the advancement of Lowrance electronics for fishing and hunting.
I have been self-employed since 1979 as a specialty contractor and equipment manufacturer. I currently hold three technology Patents. Since 1993, Ive been developing and instructing training programs. I have gained a worldwide reputation for down-to-earth, easy to understand training seminars, mostly presented via a Webinar.
For the last five years I have used Lowrance Sonar/GPS units and have spent hundreds of hours at the computer as well as on the water learning the system. I have also spent many hours working with LakeMaster Lake Map software that is a "must have" for competitive fishing. I have a passion for God, my family, fishing and training.
I had the chance to talk with him a little bit last night believe me he knows just what he is talking about.. So if you don't know just how to do something with your unit heres your chance to learn got a question for Doug add it here in this thread and we will see what we can do to get it answered .. People who fish for food, and sport be damned, are called pot-fishermen. The more expert ones are called crack pot-fishermen. All other fishermen are called crackpot fishermen. This is confusing. ~ Ed Zern, 1947
