these types of people should not only be fined but fines should be atleast $10,000 dollars and they should never be able to fish in Mn. ever again. Also take their boats vehicles rods only let them have the clothes on their backs let them walk back to where the hell they come from I don't give a dam if they are in their 70's or not at that age they should know better.
You know, I have no problem with out-of-staters until they pull things like this. Then, when I wanna go fishing with my buddies or younger cousins and we get nothing, it really twists that knife in the back!
