Steele is a beautiful 2 yr old Blue Weimaraner with an awesome desire to please. He is an "in tact" male. Appx 60-65 lbs of solid muscle. He loves attention and has never shown any signs of aggression of any kind. At 2 yrs old, he is still very much a puppy at heart and has the energy to show for it. He still thinks that he is a lap dog...lol. He has not had any formal training but has excellent "bird sense" and site points very well. He does need some basic obedience training that can be done by most anyone. What Steele needs is someone who has the time & energy to excercise him regularly and take good care of him. He has been primarily an outdoor kennel dog since he was about 8 months old. Before that he was an indoor dog and did fine.
I don't have the specifics of his bloodlines although I do have his AKC paperwork here somewhere in the mess after we have moved. He comes from a line of dogs out of southern Kentucky, and yes I made the drive to Burksville Kentucky to pick him up myself.
I'm sure folks want to know why I am selling Steele as well. With 4 kids and 2 other house dogs (an English Setter and a Shar-pei *yes, that ugly chinese wrinkle dog*) that my kids are rediculously attatched to, it pains me to see Steele live his life in a kennel with little interaction with the family. It just isn't fair to him.
I'm asking $200 for him, which is a far cry from the $600 that I paid for him plus the drive to Kentucky...lol. Yet would be open to offers.
Any other questions, shoot me an e-mail at email@example.com. I do have some pictures I would be happy to send anyone that is interested.
Again, my primary concern is that Steele goes to a good home.
Here is a link to a few pics of him. Webdude? If you would please......
People who fish for food, and sport be damned, are called pot-fishermen. The more expert ones are called crack pot-fishermen. All other fishermen are called crackpot fishermen. This is confusing. ~ Ed Zern, 1947
