it just seems surreal. I can't imagine what it would have been like on that bridge.
Prayers for all victims and families.

What a bunch of morons over at MinneaPolitics.com (please do not hotlink). To take a tragedy like this and turn it into a political circus. What has this country come to? Bretton Jones is an absolute MORON!
Now to something that is much, MUCH more important...
Our hearts and prayers should go out to all who are affected by this tragedy. It is a day that we Minnesotans will remember forever...

By the way,
Thanks WebDude for adding that to the home page. It's nice to see someone who isn't afraid of the "prayer" word.

First off... yes, prayers are what is needed at a time like this. AND I agree with 'Dude in how great this state is and how we as a people can respond to a tragedy. I wholly concur...
As for those who are wondering what BigBite is talking about, please read the following article...
Leftist dementia: Blaming Bush GOP for Minneapolis Bridge Collapse
This is not an article for the kids. It seems it took only four minutes after the news broke nationally of the bridge collapse for political hacks to jump at the opportunity to turn this very sorry mess into a political thing.
I gotta tell you... there are a lot of people out there who have no sympathy at all... for others, for anything. To take something in which lives were lost and use it for political ends is just down right shameful. Yes, we do live in the greatest state in the world, but it just goes to show you, there are a lot of sickos out there too. I applaud Peter Barry Chowka for showing just how demented some can be. Can we, just for once, not have to turn something that is a tragedy into a polical circus? It seems some just cannot leave well enough alone. Do these people actually think their political agenda is helped by all of this? They are sadly mistaken.
