Chasen Slabs...and Chasen Slabs #1,

I bet both of these are the same person. Given the sign up dates coupled with this disgraceful picture taken by a total loser I suspect Chasen Slabs may not have been bright enough to remember his password... figures.

Well I suppose this picture will make your mama real proud.

You guys are making it TO EASY. No wonder we animal rights guys are winning on virtually every front. It is undeniable..at least to the literate..that trapping/hunting is a day whose sunset is fast approaching. And it can't come soon enough! With total bozo's taking pictures like this we don't need to even get our own propoganda! You are our best public relations our side has! I will certainly copy this picture to my state and national representatives. Rest assured it will also make its way into several high school and college classes as well... THIS IS EXACTLY WHY OUR SIDE IS DOMINATING! Our arguments are better, more sound, and far and away more ethical. What do you trapper/hunters have??? A bunch of rednecks that take the life of innocent creatures and them pile them into piles to take a picture! Nice, really nice. You are a real class act.

This picture alone will sway several thousand young folks into the anti trapping/hunting fold. It might even get a legislator to make an important vote for us!

All I can say is... THANKS CHASEN SLABS. If you have anymore pictures like this please feel free to post them! I will be glad to accept any additional ammunition that you wish us to shoot you with in this battle for the hearts and minds of the next generation!

Unbelievable... you are handing me the very pictures needed to permanantly turn the next generation into rabid anti trapping/hunting activists.

Thanks again, you guys rock! Chasen Slabs, or anyone else with such lovely pictures... or even ideas that you wish to put forth in defending your right to slaughter these innocent animals.... please post away or speak up!

Time To Get The Board...

hi surfs up you want to know why i posted the pic
well here you go, when it comes down to the left i just get a kick out of pushing subjects like this because the only thing they bring to the table is to call people names and bring agendas that don't make sense
I know this is your right and I'm not trying to take that from you but yet you are doing just that to me and others
All small interest groups see is the poor little animals
well lets just take a look at these little animals
these animals main objective is to flood an existing trout stream or river bottom, they do this so it is easy for them to move around and stay safe from predators they cut many trees so they can eat the bark and build bigger dams. The forest around the flooded area will expand and expand as the years go on the bigger the dam the more woodlands that are flooded and destroyed not to mention the county roads and highways
that have a large potential to be flooded.

OK lets just say that trapping was banned by the small interest groups in a MN supreme court
Now the trapping has been shut down a year goes by not to much different that you can see
2nd year comes wow there is sure a lot of water along this highway you think to yourself must be a plugged Calvert and you kinda notice there's more then just that one spot
well the 3rd year goes by and that county road or highway that you travel has been shut down due to flooding, because of that banning law that was passed by this small interest group that came up with protecting these rodents. now your group that made this law you gave yourself an inconvenience of a flooded road
Now just think of the timber that gets flooded (there is no regeneration of the trees that are lost)
What about the state and private owned land that is lost to these little cute critters, thousands upon thousands of acres have been flooded and surrounding farm land gone, less grazing lands
Now the state has to put forth millions of dollars to thin the population of these animals and fix roads, buy explosives to open up these dams that have wrecked trout streams and rivers, put bounty on the beaver to be destroyed.
Do you want the state to pay big wages to do all of these things, not to mention peoples cabins that were destroyed in the whole process
you say you are winning the battle but how much of your tax money do you want to spend in the long run
every action has and causes a reaction
thank you surfs up for supporting me farming and logging by buying leather shoes and meat(suppose your a vegetarian) any paper product lumber for houses and apartments thank you surfs up for your using the products that i help supply you with, you better take a good look around and see how you are hurting the environment better buy a bike no i take that back rubber comes from trees, O and by the way how do you catch your trout don't hooks tare the tissues of the trouts mouth not to mention the fight the fish gives causes the fish a lot of stresses on its body and could potentially kill the fish. what kind of animal activist are you.
have a nice day

i am just suprised it took a year for someone to say something i even refreshed the post
just shows you that actavist are far and few between

I'd enjoy another peta debate. As long as it remains civil and some new ideas are getting out there...

Great site for lake maps and fishing info

thats ok wd
People that have not been in the deep MN north woods much shouldn't talk about things that they think they know about, but in reality they no nothing about it

there is a problem with reading about a subject like this because every individual interprets what they read differently
reading about something is not the same as seeing it with your own eyes
