Driving by little Beaver Lake off McKnight in St. Paul, it looks like ice off the lake in just a few days. It's already open water at the fishing dock there, and the open water is growing fast.
How about some ice reports from the lakes near you? It would be really nice to know about open water as it appears. With the warmer weather here, things should start opening up fairly quickly, I think.
But what do I know? I'm a new arrival here in the Metro.
