SOUTHERN MINNESOTA

WINTERFEST 2007 will be held throughout the city of Spicer each Saturday and Sunday, through February 4. Just some of the highlights include a breathtaking ice structure and slide, snowmobile runs, ice fishing tournaments, fireworks, an ice sculpture contest, free horse and buggy rides, live music and dancing, various family events, and a craft sale.
