yesterday went fising with a friend . with the wind blowing 25 mi. hr. it took 45 min. to set his portable up every time we got it in place the wind would blow it a way even when I stood inside while he tried to put what little snow around it he could find. Well we started to fish and fish after four hours we did not get any fish but we had fun just sitting and jaw jacking. He did most of the talking We found out latter we should have gone to Green Lake. well next weekend we will try that.Hey eye guy where do you live .I live about a mile south of spicer on county rd. 8
Yo Pebo, Fish have different moods.Positive, nuetral & negative. If you are in Mn. then we had a super high roll through which turned the fish very negative. We all had to tough time. Wind over 30 mph can really make thing difficult in a portable too.

Even eminent chartered accountants are known, in their capacity as fishermen, blissfully to ignore differences between seven and ten inches, half a pound and two pounds, three fish and a dozen fish. ~ William Sherwood Fox, Silken Lines and Silver Hooks, 1954
