SOUTHERN MINNESOTA

Whitewater State Park, located just north of St. Charles, will offer a HISTORIC ICE HARVESTING DEMONSTRATION and a GOLDEN EAGLE FIELD TRIP on Saturday, January 20. Visitors to Whitewater will learn how to cut and store ice using tools and techniques from long ago, and search the area for golden eagles to assist with a larger golden eagle survey.
