Some of you may have seen this new Saskatchewan provincial record walleye from up north of the border. But it was a fairly recent catch and is it ever a pig. Here is the link http://www.nipawinjournal.com/story.php?id=136932 (maybe webdude can do his magic to make it a straight connection) BE SURE AND READ THE STORY WITH THE PICTURE. All I can say is I think I'll do a lot more "prayin and jiggin" if this is the result!
With the "photobucket phony" walleye that had its picture posted on the site earlier today I thought I would bump this legitimate record walleye up for the benefit of those who had not seen it yet. It was caught in 2005 but many may have not seen it. As I recall it was donated as a prize of some sort for a charity fund raiser. Something that Catch'n was doing if I remember correctly.
People who fish for food, and sport be damned, are called pot-fishermen. The more expert ones are called crack pot-fishermen. All other fishermen are called crackpot fishermen. This is confusing. ~ Ed Zern, 1947
