You guys sound like you fish this quite a bit, I've been on it for 35 yrs. I've done good on walleyes, haven't fished the crappies that much. Anybody fish forest lake that much? We have our annual pike tourney tomarrow on third lake.

When you get slabs in the 12-15 inch range why go anywhere else? That was a retoricle question.
BSL has the best pound for pound slab than I can find outside of Baylake which is on the other side of Aitkin Co. from me.
Nice to have you join us Mudking!

Ya, I will be. I started this contest 13 years ago, did it for 10, then passed it to my son. It has grown 100 plus contestants every year, lots of fun. 100% payback, $10 a head.

No bobber for me!
I use the spring only when it comes to slabs on BSL.
