Big Crappie
It's length was 17 1/2 inches, girth was 14 7/8 inches. We didn't have a decent scale, so we applied the measurements to a weight chart and it indicated 4 lbs 2 oz. Take this with a grain of salt, it's really just an educated guess......but it's a big'un!!

That is one very happy looking little lady -- that is the way to make a fisherlady for life !! What is the story behind such a great fish ??

I caught one like that once & I tossed it back.It would only take a 14" to get me drooling.That is why I carry a drool rag to BSL.I'm always getting them.HA! tongue smiley

Scary that it's still smaller than the 5 lb(i think?) state record.

At that weight you wonder what's in the water. Imagine CK hoisting that on camera with his little 3 ft ice fishing rod.



Even a BAD day of fishing is better than a good day of work; paydays excluded!
