I like the taste of the fish not all that coating stuff Most of the time I take Jiffy mix or pancake mix. When I get ready to cook fish I take my fillets and get them pretty dry by dabbing them on a papper towl leave them slightly damp .While prepaping your jiffy mix get your hot oil going 360 to 375 I perfer canola or peanut oil does not burn. Now take your jiffy mix or pancke mix add what ever seasioning you like I use alittle of differnt things salt pepper onion salt nature sasioning I do not use everything everry time I donot use a lot just to suit your taste of what ever you use or combination of things. now take your fillets mix them into yor mix. drop fillets into hot grease untill they are a nice gollden collor make sure they are crispy and flaky. When you put them into your jiffy mix you think nothing is sticking to the fish slabes but you will see when you take them tasty morsells out of the hot oil. Well any body who ate my fish never complained except why did you run out of fish.
