That's cool. I do the improved clinch or the trilenne knot for most applications. A simple loop knot for the jig to let it hang horizontally.

Definitely, I use a trilene knot for mono I still struggle tying 4lb mono and at this point 2lb mono is pipe dream for me.....

So many guys do not tie good knots. They seem to not understand that you loose up to half of the test strength on a bad knot.Like the loop knot,but it hangs good and to retie often you can still save alot of jigs & with a good drag you do not loose too many fish.
