Two questions...

1) How long is the log-in cookie supposed to last, I thought by coming every day it would keep the cookie updated?

2) My 'preferences' changed from 'remember me' having YES clicked, to NO, is there a way to keep that a yes?

1) How long is the log-in cookie supposed to last, I thought by coming every day it would keep the cookie updated?

It should, unless you have something in your browser that is having the cookie deleted. I think I have it set for 20 years. Do not get this confused with the variable time out. If you come to the site and do not click anything for 30 minutes, the site will lose your cookie information. If you have a very long post and you are typing, if you don't complete it in 30 minutes, it will bomb on you. One way around this is to click on the chat room and keep it open while you type your post. As long as the chat room is open, it refreshes your data every 5 seconds.

2) My 'preferences' changed from 'remember me' having YES clicked, to NO, is there a way to keep that a yes?

Make sure after clicking "yes" you then click "submit" at the bottom. That should work. If not, then your browser does not have cookies enabled. This only works if you use the same computer for logging in. If you go to another computer, there is no way to know who you are without logging in.

I hope this makes sense!
