What a deam! I just spent this past weekend taping the Frankies tournament. ThatIgot me to have a 2 hour lunch with Ted Capra and Denny Brauer. I've have known Teddy for years and meet Denny Brauer the first time when he was here for the DSI (Don Shelby Invitational). This time it was a more relaxed and fun setting. What a class guy. He shook every one's hand and was as friendly as could be. Oh yea, I was were out on the water with those two and never made a cast . We thought what would the tounament fishernen think if they saw us catch a fish? I didn't mind because he invited to his place this winter to make up for not fishing with him. I'm ok with that. By the way Mark Raving & Jay Carlson won the tournament, but I won a dream. Not bad, not bad at all.
Well there you go bass fishinguy,It's a great time when you can meet these guys that are in the tops of our sport & be real human beings. I was dragging the last couple weeks & when you can share a smoke with Big Daddy Don Garlitz or buy a beer for the King Kenny Bernstein or have a cigar with Don the Snake Prudehome & they treat you like a freind well that is so cool. I'm glad you had fun & I hope to hear the stories. Denny always seemed like a good guy to me.

People who fish for food, and sport be damned, are called pot-fishermen. The more expert ones are called crack pot-fishermen. All other fishermen are called crackpot fishermen. This is confusing. ~ Ed Zern, 1947
