Dice Man,
It's been a while since I've seen you here. I have to say it seems like a good deal to me. As long as the boat floats, that's always something you want to look at. But say the boat in good shape is worth 500.00, and the motor, if it runs is worth at least 500.00 too. So, if you look at it like that, all the rest of the stuff is just extras for free. Is the 900.00 firm or can you talk him down? Either way, it looks like good deal to me. smile smiley

I'm with BD, Any boat that floats is worth a few hundred & a motor that runs well at least 500-700 so the rest of the stuff is free.

Ok, not to be a spoilsport.. but WHY do you ask for feedback on somethign AFTER you've made the deal? Always better to ask beforehand, because you'll just be disappointed if someone tells you it's not worth what you paid.

If you haven't finished the deal etc, then ignore the top part of this post smile smiley

Well, the deal is done but she did say if i did change my mind she would refund me the money because i had to pay fees and stuff for it too from the DMV.

Heres and update:
ME and MY DAD packed new bearings and teh board on the back of the boat that holds the motor is rotten so that is easy to replace.
We bought a new strap for it on the winch, and the total cost for repairs is: 50.00 without licenses so im back to 950.00 for the boat

90% of my fishing is river shoreline fishing.. I walk at least a mile each way when I'm searching for fish and not hitting them right away... when you're walking the shore though, you don't exactly find schooling fish.

that was off topic.. back to the topic.
